Telephone Course Advisor

£12,000+OTE-=£20,000

 

My client is seeking a well spoken and articulate sales professional to assist with incoming and outgoing calls from the general public and lead suppliers. The role will involve assisting students who are looking to book a distance learning course, you will need to be assertive well spoken and have the ability to handle any objections. The offices we operate in are brand new and you will be working within a well structured team environment. The company also offers excellent training and incentives. You wil lbe reuired to do shift patterns og Monday to Thursday either 11-7pm or 12-8pm and Friday 9-5.30pm. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who has had good telephone/customervice experience, a good education and who is looking for career progression. Driving licence is required.
