Telpehone Sales

My client is seeking a well spoken and articulate sales professional to handle with the incoming call from general public and be able to make outbound sales calls.

 

The role will involve the following:

·         Advising public on distance learning courses

·         Providing excellent customer service

·         To handle objections in a professional manner

·         Be able to open and close a sale

·         Be able to work as part of a team environment as well as on own initiative.

 

This role would suite someone who has previous telephone sales experience, that is also able to provide a high level of customer service.

 

We are based in modern offices situated within Birmingham Business park.
