Recruitment Resourcer

The Resourcing Company is a small independent agency based within Birmingham Business Park, we are looking at expanding the office and the opportunity has arisen for a skilled Recruitment Resourcer. You will be working along side our Recruitment Manager, you will be assisting within:

*Generating New Client Leads
*Cold Calling New and Existing Clients
* Client Registration
*Administration Duties
*Recruitment Club.

The ideal candidate will have some Recruitment Knowledge and who is self motivated, career driven and has the ability to think for themselves and who is not afraid to pick up the phone. You will also be required to look after and represent the office whilst the manage is out.
